Mill holders with PCD inserts for machining milling with cutting speeds of up to 1000 m / min, to a mirror finish. The special geometry of the insert, provides a high resistance to wear and chipping of the tip.
The special adjustment spring allows a micro adjustment of the insert, thus to have a flatness below 0,01 mm.
We provide the full range of standard diameters from Ø40 to Ø125, both aluminum and steel.
